Return Policy

The Mudhoney.org shop offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please contact us using the form below, and make sure to include your order number.

In order to receive a full refund:

• Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability
• CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, and DVDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
• Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us using the form below to discuss replacement or refund options.
